These would be an adjunct to home inspectors. The magazine FineHomeBuilding has been producing several articles on this topic, so you may want to check it out. In this magazine, I saw the new solar panel style that is a tile (like a slate roof tile) that goes over the home. It has a great look, but I have not seen one up close yet. I like the idea of graywater systems. I would suggest a circulating system for the hot water to cycle it back to a tankless water heater. Put a timer on the system so that it recirculates from when you wake up till you leave. Oh well, I could go on, but I have to get my family ready for the day.
